2.1. The overall legal framework for our processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC and its Regulation. In addition, the Act on Supplementary Provisions to the Regulation on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Exchange of Such Data - called the Data Protection Act L 502.

3. Protection of the user's personal data

Whether you make a one-time donation, or are a monthly contributor, we collect as little information about you as possible. Therefore, you can donate by entering only First Name and Email Address. If you want a tax deduction for your donation, it is necessary that you enter your CPR number. This CPR number is stored in our payment system and appears blinded, and password protected at Reepay - our payment solution provider. The tax deduction option is only valid for Danish donators.
In addition, you have the opportunity to enter your last name, address, postcode and city, as well as which Forest you want to donate to (one-time donation).
3.2. Sharing Your Personal Information.
We may share your Personal Information with the suppliers and partners who assist us, for example with the execution of your order, or who assist us with our IT operations, hosting, etc. This means that we can share your information with, for example, our service providers, our technical support, and our bank.
