At LEO Pharma, we believe every milestone is an opportunity to make a positive impact. That’s why, for every new colleague joining our company, we plant ten trees in partnership with Growing Trees Network, rather than giving cut flowers.

This simple change allows us to celebrate our new employees in a meaningful way that lasts far beyond their first day. The tree planting initiative helps restore green spaces and aids communities in regions affected by climate change.

By choosing nature over short-lived bouquets, we are adding another way to incorporate sustainability into our operations and create a legacy the next generations will be proud of.
