Lars is leaving Growing Trees Network

Lars has chosen to stop working in Growing Trees Network as of November 15 and therefore we will hold a farewell reception on December 3 from 2 pm – 4 pm at our office in Risskov.

Lars sends you all this greeting:

My health is telling me that it’s time to stop – to recharge – so I can get back on top of it and say goodbye to the stress symptoms I’m currently feeling.

In the future, I will spend more time out in nature, where I have always found peace, joy and inspiration – both for well-being and for future work tasks.

I would like to say a big thank you to all of you partners and customers for an exciting and enriching collaboration for the benefit of new forests, recreational oases, habitats for animals – and for the “quantum leaps” we have taken together for the protection of clean drinking water.

Since 2013, with the Growing Trees Network, we have  focused on the creation of new forests around Denmark – and I am proud that we have been able to do that together. Abroad, in Africa and South America, we have contributed to local development and better living conditions through tree planting in Africa and South America.

A big and heartfelt thank you to all of you for your unique contributions, cooperation, fun moments and shared commitment. I take my hat off to you for your great efforts.

In the work of making tree planting a natural part of the Danes’ everyday actions, I would also like to send a huge thank you to Kim and Stina at the office for our good cooperation, their perseverance, diligence and strong results. We have been on a huge journey together – and I am pleased, with serenity and trust, that Stina and Kim, in collaboration with our partners and customers, will lead the Growing Trees Network further and create many new forests in Denmark and internationally.
